**What we collect and why.**
– *Order data* (name, address, email, phone, purchased items): to fulfil your order, provide invoices, and meet accounting law. Retained as required by Estonian accounting rules (7 years).
– *Fulfilment*: order and delivery details are shared with our fulfilment partner (Hertwill OÜ, Estonia) and the carrier solely to deliver your order.
– *Payments*: processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details.
– *Email*: transactional emails are sent via our email provider. We do not send marketing email without your explicit consent.
– *Analytics & marketing cookies* (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel): only with your consent, which you can withdraw anytime via the cookie settings link in the footer.
**Your rights.** Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection — email [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) or your local supervisory authority.
We do not sell personal data. Data is processed within the EU/EEA wherever possible; where processors operate outside the EEA, transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
