# Terms & Conditions
These terms govern purchases from Kids Store (working title), operated by SET-ME OÜ (reg. 00000000, VAT EE000000000), Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: [email protected].
**Orders & prices.** All prices are in euros and include VAT. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We may cancel orders affected by obvious pricing or stock errors, with a full refund.
**Delivery.** We ship to the EU countries listed at checkout. Typical delivery time is 3–8 business days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
**Payment.** Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.
**Right of withdrawal.** As an EU consumer you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. See the Returns page for the procedure. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with labels attached.
**Warranty.** All products carry the legal conformity guarantee under EU consumer law; branded products additionally carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
**Disputes.** EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
