# Returns & Refunds
**14-day right of withdrawal.** You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number.
**Condition.** Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels attached. For kids’ products this matters doubly — hygiene and safety rules mean opened items that can’t be resold safely may not qualify for a change-of-mind refund (this never limits your rights for defective items).
**Refunds.** Once the returned item passes inspection, we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer; for defective or wrong items we cover everything.
**Defective items.** If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact [email protected] — EU conformity rules and the manufacturer’s warranty apply, and we’ll sort it out at no cost to you.
